The project is part of an overall local redevelopment plan, which includes architecture, planning, environmental landscaping, comprising a variety of individual buildings and public facilities. The linguistic symbolism embedded in the architecture reflects continuity and rhythm. Changes in sunlight and shadow produce different experiences.
