With its strong Neodym ring magnet it even securely holds heavy screws. But that's not all it can do. If the screw head is cleanly recessed, then the ring magnet sleeve automatically springs back, allowing a view of the screw head. Users can thus recess the screw further if desired. Not all applications need the ring magnet function. If desired, the ring magnet can be manually pushed back and in this way deactivated.
