Seuk Hoon Kim, Assistant Professor in Department of Interior Architecture Design of Hanyang University and Studio Eccentric teamed up to renovate a 68 year-old masonry building in the middle of the busiest and the biggest traditional market in Seoul, Korea. Total of 495 square-meters, the space has been designed to be the new office for Studio Eccentric and an creative art space run by the studio.
