The wok is the most versatile pan in the kitchen. Once you master the basics you can cook chef-style dishes at home. One main skill is to tilt the wok so that oil flows to the corner of the vessel and reaches a high temperature to prepare spices before mixing them with other food. The problem; nowadays kitchens have induction cooktops. If you tilt a pan on an induction cooktop, the surfaces don’t touch and heat will not be transferred. Our solution; WOQ, the wok that enables modern home cooks to wok like a chef on their induction stove. The second-heat surface touches when tilted and the closing lid enables the wok for low-pressure cooking.
