Liquor packaging
This packaging design is for a Chinese liquor made from five traditional Chinese herbal medicines that promote health benefits. The designers created illustrations of five totem animals as design elements for both the outer box and the bottle. These familiar images often look dark and scary, whereas these renderings and the elegant color palette give them a sense of dignity and mystery. The outer box resembles a drawer used to store traditional Chinese medicines, establishing a link to the medicinal function of the product.
