The Smart Eco-city located in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) was completed in October 2020. The special time and location have led to new perspectives for people to design and ponder urban and residential life. We don't know what the world will be like after the COVID-19 pandemic. However, no matter what happens, the fundamentals for design lie in the relations between people, nature, and life. Life, nature, and the city are "growing together" here in Wuhan. Art is growing here with great vitality, thus building a world of "perpetual hope".
