The WW8800T & DV8000T are front-loading washers and dryers released in 2020. With these products, we aimed for a sense of completeness using the proportions and balance of simple and well-organized shapes. Particularly, the slim brushed metal control panel demonstrates the unique beauty of WW8000T, reminiscent of a sleek, high-end soundbar. Intended to satisfy the sensibilities of Europeans, the main target group of these appliances, we wanted them to have a nostalgic feel. The door features brushed silver to match the panel, and no post-processing was applied to the exterior for an eco-friendly design. Our focus was on making the products simple and intuitive to operate so that consumers feel at home with the technology, not awed by it.
