Functional sports apparel

X-Technology Swiss R&D AG

X-Bionic's EFFEKTOR stands out from the competition due to its partial compression technology. Unlike typical compression wear, which applies equal pressure over the entire skin surface, forcing blood capillaries deeper into the flesh and limiting the body's natural thermoregulation, these garments exert pressure over certain body parts and allow blood flow to others to permit the body's natural cooling system to function. The bike seat pad is sewn in by hand, and the suspenders are broader and more stretchable for increased comfort. Lastly, these cycling shorts also come with a new ThermoSyphon® technology to further improve thermoregulation.
