The XG1V4 video gateway delivers the X1 TV experience to XFINITY customers seeking 4K HDR color, Dolby Atmos sound, and the ability to save video content locally, rather than in the Cloud. The XG1v4's appearance is slim and is defined by a reveal that runs along the bottom edge and around the triangular corners. The reveal discreetly hides the IR lens, status LED, and additional venting when needed. The device design is characterized by a dissolving triangular hex pattern, within which the cooling vents are positioned. This pattern is repeated across the XFINITY hardware product line for visual consistency and unity.
