There are 74 million licensed drivers in Brazil, but only 2 have Down Syndrome. According to national legislation, they can be licensed just like anyone else, as long as they pass practical and theoretical driving exams and the teaching materials are in uppercase letters. However, often there is a lack of awareness among their families or support from large corporations and the government. Everyone has the right to get there. Traffic is a joint effort. People create. They dream. They move.
