Art and lifestyle center

Yi Chen and Muchen Zhang decided to create a spatial environment that would give visitors a sense of tranquility and put their hearts and minds at ease. The design was inspired by Minecraft, the sandbox video game, and uses block-like cubes, inviting visitors to enter a randomly generated 3D environment. Rising, falling, twisting, and turning, the cubes create a unique aesthetic experience of wandering through a mountain cave. The designers decorated the entire interior with deconstructed mountain imagery and created a "cultural landscape space" with strong contemporary artistic features. Visitors explore the tranquility of nature, experience authentic mountainside living firsthand, and pursue an art-filled life hidden deep within the ridges and valleys.
