After the COVID-19 pandemic, youth obesity in South Korea worsened. Therefore, we designed a program that allows children to engage in aerobic exercise and stretching on their way to school. We created orienteering courses between checkpoints and included activities such as mini-games and quizzes along these routes. It can be enjoyed through a mobile application, and for children without phones, we provide a game book for offline enjoyment.
