Folding electric bike

The challenge for YikeBike was to overcome 120 years of classic bicycle design to meet the end-user’s need for a highly compact and lightweight, folding electric bike that is safe and actually performs well with existing traffic. The YikeBike is the world’s smallest and lightest electric folding bicycle easily integrating with other urban transportation. It can be taken on train, bus, or car and is small enough to fit in a cupboard or under desk. Safety has been a key driver of the design with anti skid brakes, highly visible always-on lights, built in indicators and brake lights along with an upright riding position giving great visibility.
