YLBY Buddhist Temple
Religious architecture
Dharma Drum Mountain
This building is different from ordinary religious buildings—a composite building that meets the needs of modern religious activities and respects the ecological environment. It contains space for meditation, offices, an educational center, special exhibitions, lectures, and accommodation. Unlike traditional Taiwanese temple design that centers on gods, this project takes people as the starting point and focuses on environmental protection issues in the architectural design.
