Sailing yacht

Design and realization of a trailorable sailing yacht in carbon fiber sandwich structure with teak deck. A yacht which is the state of the art in sailing. An electro-hydraulic canting keel enables a regatta crew of four sailors to handle the yacht. Alternatively it allows relaxed daysailing with a two-handed crew – offering a higher speed potential than with common yachts, as recent regattas have shown. All parts are reduced to the necessary and display the carbon structure. The cockpit has been designed to offer large space normally seen with much bigger yachts. The YSA-10 is the first of a series of yachts designed and produced by the YSA shipyard.
