YUMIYAY

Baby mobile

YUMIYAY is a baby mobile designed to better adapt to the evolving interests of newborns. It offers a combination of three unique features. At first, a newborn can only distinguish hard contrasts, making most of the color combinations used in mobiles invisible to them. YUMIYAY offers temporary contrasting add-ons to solve this. When the need for physical interaction grows, a mobile's hovering components quickly become obsolete. In YUMIYAY these elements are safely translated into soothing chains, teether rings, and rattles. Later on, the same elements can be used in a small thematic puzzle and/or re-assembled back into a full mobile.
