Rubber flooring

A reinterpretation of the Artigo classic “bolli” pattern in a radical manner. A purposely erratic distribution of circles belonging to four different diameters resulting in a geometrical and organic design. An “accidental project” that manages to combine originality and rigor, inspired by chaos and nature. Raindrops in water or condensation on a window; an endless series of visual associations, which animate the pattern. A project faithful to the idea of architecture as a “physical and sensorial experience”.
