This product is a citrus-flavored Chinese baijiu called Zhi Hou. In Yunnan, people produce baijiu using top quality citrus. Twenty pounds of citrus are needed for 500 ml of baijiu, so only a limited number of bottles are available for sale. The bottle assumes the shape of a ball, with irregular grooves at the shoulder, making it look like a mandarin. The cap is topped with a simulated citrus stem. The idea was to make it resemble a real mandarin so that people would immediately know that the product is a citrus-flavored baijiu.
