Adaptive reuse project

The project involved transforming an old factory into a high-end office space. The designers turned the single-function, one-story factory building into a technology complex, with parking garages, restaurants, commercial spaces, courtyards, roof gardens, and other facilities. The electricity capacity was increased, and central air-conditioning and building insulation were added so that the building would meet the demands of its new tenants. Compared with similar projects, the space utilization rate is high, and the cost is relatively low. The public space combines history, nature, and art, improving the quality of the overall project.
