Handling module

The HSW handling module provides for automated insertion, reposition and joining of workpieces at a 90° angle in long-run productions of small modules. Stringent demands on repetition accuracy, running performance and achievable cycle frequency are met. This is achieved through a guided vertical and horizontal motion sequence. These compactly designed units can be driven pneumatically or electrically. They can be quickly and easily mounted and replace units that must be individually mounted and adjusted. The LEDs of the proximity sensor shine through two display windows. The configuration of the LEDs hints at the 90° angle and the shape of the cover shows the path of the forced guidance. The bent edge of the sheet metal increases security and demonstrates the highly dynamic operating characteristics.
