CHU YU TEPPANYAKI
To achieve a cohesive vision and taste, the project takes a classic Japanese scene: a town street (machi) as the starting point of the design, and employs the weatherboard common in street scenes to create a dining environment in line with the brand. This evokes a strong Japanese flair through resemblance to fish scale roofs, with the impression of fresh seafood as the centerpiece. The dark tone weakens the sense of human presence and the awkwardness of sharing tables. Lighting is focused on the visual height, with the table position as the focal point, leading patrons to immerse their five senses in the culinary feast from the visual.
