Tainan Beef Hot Pot is a traditional and iconic street food from Tainan, the oldest city in Taiwan. Located in central Taipei City, this project transforms from a beloved street hotpot eatery into a modern hotpot restaurant. Unlike other upscale restaurants, Xuanbeef Hotpot's design aims to keep the street hotpot's bustling atmosphere and traditional feeling. In order to depict Tainan's long history, this project uses a lot of reclaimed wood and local Makino bamboo.
