The Ruiling family has been running noodle shops attentively for more than 20 years. They started from scratch from "noodle cart" to "noodle restaurant". Moreover, they set up a flagship store in Tainan today. Using the color gray as a base pervading the whole area, matching with light-color wooden tables and chairs represent their genuine and unostentatious. The cutting of the walls and the pendant of the ceiling enrich the detail of the space. The condiment area is built with a bright orange-red wall to accomplish the brand image. The warm color embellishments not only make the area distinct but also increase customers' appetite effectively
