Patient Treatment Assistance Progamme (PTAP) Grants Presentation at National Hospital - March 2021
PTAP Grant Presentation to Kampia David, 8 years Paraplegia patient with right gluteal ulcer, malnutrition and removed right femur bone at National Hospital, Abuja, Nigeria. Kampia had and accident at age 6 and was never taken to the hospital until a Good Samaritan took them but could not foot their bills. The PTAP initiative was established to support vulnerable children whose parents are unable to foot their medical bills due to lack of funds. Kampia is one of the beneficiaries of PTAP Grants. The PTAP Grants presentation to support Kampia's cost of treatment was done by the Foundation's Director of Operations, Dr. Francisca Odeka
