Charlotte Zimmermann

Charlotte Zimmermann is a Design Researcher at the ZEISS Digital Partners (Munich, Shanghai). Her passion lies in better understanding human needs to improve technology. She brings users to the center of strategic projects (ranging from brain tumor surgery to quality management), by empathizing with them, mostly through qualitative interviews, to define digital solutions that would improve their user experience. Charlotte also spreads an innovative, human-centered mindset across the company, by conducting Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer trainings and workshops. After her Baccalaureate (Paris), Charlotte did a BSc. and was a Teaching Assistant in Cognitive Systems at UBC (Vancouver).
