Peter Hummel

Report h+h PressebüroSt. Gallen, Switzerland

Peter Hummel discovered the bicycle as a market niche early in his journalism career, long before the dawn of the (mountain) bike boom. At the end of the Eighties he was among the pioneering staff members of the new “bike” and “Velo” magazines. Today he works out of his press office in St. Gallen as a cycling specialist for leading Swiss newspapers and as a correspondent for international trade magazines. Despite all the technical-sportive progress, his main focus continues to be on developing the bike into an instrument for urban mobility and lifestyle.
