Have you, an arm at the stop of your morning train, ever thought of a vigorous workout on the way to work? A pull-up or a leg press - and the journey would already be a fitness guarantee? With the FITRAIN, one of the final projects of the IED Rome in cooperation with Legambiente, this idea could soon become reality. Or the train that lets pets travel close, safely and comfortably? These are just two of the ideas with which young designers at the IED Rome want to revolutionise sustainable train travel.
