Urara is dedicated to providing the best skincare solutions for the Chinese market. We helped the brand develop a service that provides personalized skincare based on professional advice—no more one size fits all plans. Unlike similar services, we have crafted a delightful experience by building an "AR magic mirror" with IoT technology. The mirror detects users' skin conditions and selects suitable products for them. On our app, we direct users to an online community for content sharing and remind them to track their skin conditions and the effectiveness of the products they buy with the AR magic mirror at Urara stores. The service design provides users with a brand new approach to personalized skincare.
