Clock
We are tamed to read time with an hour hand and a minute hand. Let's imagine; change the hands into light - that is, shadow. Instinctively human beings recognize time with light and shadow. I suggest a product of notion-diversion got from the old time-reading method. The transparent plate in the morning becomes opaquely dark as time passes. This change give information to recognize the track of time, more exactly its small hands. After the evening, you cannot see the hands visible in daytime. The clock turns like lightning, and there are shadows in place of hands. You read time with a sort of sundial.
Design for living - selected by Charles O. Job The design very playfully thematises the age-old function of time keeping. Here, the clock-face undergoes a similar transformation as the day it is designed to measure. As the day progresses, the clock-face darkens and the hands are magically transformed into streaks of shade. The transformation does not compromise the function, but emphasises it, making time reading possible, even in the dark.
