Exhibition

The Archaeology Switzerland exhibition offers three approaches to the past: TERRA, HOMO and NATURA. Each section is designed individually, fitting into the new, strong architecture and presenting the exhibits in a narrative as well as poetical way. In HOMO, 1,300 objects of Helvetian archaeology portray 100,000 years of human culture. TERRA focuses on the diverse sites in Switzerland, where findings have been conserved, while NATURA presents the interrelation of archaeology with natural history. Media on demand provides information in a very sophisticated and touching way. An exciting yet informative visit – and not only for Swiss people!
