This innovative rice cooker introduces a new way of cooking rice by layering two inner pots to generate steam to cook the rice. BALMUDA The Gohan can cook the rice while keeping the water below boiling temperature. This method, in which the rice is cooked gently, prevents the delicate rice grains from getting damaged and the moisture from leaking out during cooking. Hence, the rice has a perfect texture that is not overly sticky, with adequate aroma kept inside the grains: resulting in perfectly cooked rice to match any main dish.
