Bee+ is an established bakery business that offers baked goods, desserts, special drinks, new retailing, and a baking college. This space has been designed as the brand's largest experience space and redefines notions of retailing and the classical bakery. The space itself aims to be an important downtown social hub. The project design showcase the complete baking process of transforming flour into bread, giving customers a chance to watch the process up close. The space upends the traditional approach to baking by bringing the action out in the open. This spatial arrangement not only solves the problem of where to locate production but also makes the space more flexible.
