Induction cooktop with Twist-Pad control

Gaggenau Hausgeräte GmbH

Exceptional purity of design: Top chefs have long since remodelled their kitchens, enabling them to enjoy the benefits of induction cooking. Energy use is more efficient thanks to the short heating-up time and rapid-response regulation of the heat supply. Here, the heat is generated in the pan, not on the actual cooktop. Gaggenau’s induction cooktops are operated via a Twist-Pad – this movable magnetic knob selects the cooking zone and the desired setting, and can be removed for ease of cleaning. The function “memory cooking” makes for even greater operating convenience, enabling frequently used cooking modes to be stored for each zone and called up at any time. The CI 481 induction cooktop is available with a stainless steel surround, for building into worktops in the traditional manner.
