Sketchin were asked to evolve the marina experience by bringing new ideas and solutions, to become a forerunner in an industry that is still struggling to embrace a current user-centric approach. In order to deliver a completely new experience that will disrupt the market, both physical and digital experiences were combined. The research phase let the team gather insights about the current experience in the marinas. This know-how led to the design of a new overall experience with a clear strategy for every customer phase, an international training program, and new digital assets to convey the desired experience.
