With their round, feminine design, Dolly is a good example of salt and pepper pots that combine humorous and original design to add style to both kitchen and dining table. Ross McBride explains: For me, designing is like doing a jigsaw puzzle. If you can redefine a problem in a unique manner, you get a unique result. Challenges are what make being a designer so much fun. Dolly was the result of an experiment with shapes, and the round, quite funny and attractive shape fascinated me. The function as salt and pepper pots almost gave itself. "
