Egyptian Museum in Munich

Exhibition

This exhibition was inspired by the spatial impact of Egyptian monuments, without any attempt to make every aspect Egyptian. The primary materials used were steel, stone, and glass. The concept for conveying information is multi-layered and facilitates both linear and theme-based tours of the exhibition, either by independent visitors or by groups and individuals led by academics or multimedia guides. The ingenious interior design and clever lighting highlight the exhibits for maximum impact. The focus is always on the object itself, with all informative media relegated to second place.
