Interactive touch screen table

Plural

The touch screen research table provides access to archives of museums and scientific institutions. It illustrates the multiple relations between several protagonists’ lives and their pieces of work. The data shown here are the results of a research project about the history of graphic design in Germany. Designers, works, places and clients can be displayed in synchronoptic and geographic relation, forming a visual history of graphic design. At the retrospective of Erik Spiekermann at the Bauhaus Archive, Berlin, the Research Table was displaying the complex network of the designer and his offices.
