Grischata, Graubünden zwischen Wahn und Wirklichkeit

Book

Imagine that the entirety of the Swiss canton of Graubünden was bulldozed together to form a giant mountain. Or that it was leveled off to turn Switzerland’s biggest canton into a plateau. What would this mountainous canton look like if a deep valley were chiseled into it and all the water collected at the bottom? Three imaginary graphic models present three different options for encountering the real Graubünden, questioning it and smiling about it. This was the subject of Christina Luzzi’s thesis at the University of Design in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Now an extended, revised version of it has been produced with graphics as well as tight, often ironical texts, anecdotes and stories involving the topic of numbers.
