Heerim at ACA 21

Temporary Exhibition Booth

At ACA21 in Incheon under the theme “A Better Tomorrow,” Heerim presented an exhibition booth that embodied sustainability, culture, and innovation. Built with FSC-certified timber and 100% recycled fabric, the structure reduced embodied carbon and was designed for reuse beyond this event. Inspired by Hanok, the “Kan” system defined the frame, fabric shaped the curved roofline, and rhythmic lattices recalled traditional windows. Panels printed on fabric evoked Bal screens, while leaflets used FSC paper and soy ink. The booth represented “Heerim’s Action,” a call to move away from disposable exhibition culture toward a sustainable future.
