Incheon’s Easy-to-Read Tourist Information System and Mapping project combines service process redesign and CX to enhance functionality and scalability. Aimed at improving the experience of end users by establishing an integrated, standardized, and user-centered tourist information system that provides optimized tourist information, it also integrates and activates Incheon’s identity and tourism resources/functions. On a long-term basis, this service design will establish an integrated online and offline tourist information system and lay the foundation for continuous expansion.
