Design Framework & Design System

Sketchin supported the spread of design culture within the Social Security and Welfare Administration of the Italian Republic (INPS), the launch of an internal design unit, and the Design System creation. INPS collaboration has been tested through strategic and user-centered design activities that allowed them to structure and institutionalize frameworks, practices and working tools. At the same time, Sketchin played a formative role: the stakeholders who took part in the co-design activities were able to use different design methodologies and practices and apply them to subsequent projects.
