This design is based on three pillars: easy to find and self-service; easy to learn and use; and context-based sales and management. Design Thinking was applied throughout the project with a constant and full focus on customers’ needs. This enabled the designers to build a relationship platform that offers a great experience, making life easier for customers and providing end-to-end service.
