Izzistrit is a platform that helps people with disabilities or reduced mobility to get around the urban space with more security, independence, and autonomy. We make available information to users through digital maps such as customized accessible routes and accessible-friendly commercial establishments. Izzistrit has a chatbot (AI) as an inclusion tool, especially for visually impaired people, creating more interaction with the users. Also, the public managers can access these data through a dashboard to assist in the decision-making process for implementing public policies and allocating funds, for example.
