Located within the Grand Hyatt Singapore, Le Pristine Singapore reinterprets the former mezza9, once a benchmark for open kitchen dining, as a contemporary culinary destination. Rather than replacing its legacy, the design builds upon it, preserving the exchange between chef and guest while fostering intimacy among diners. The open kitchen remains the spatial heart, sustaining transparency and energy, while residential-scaled rooms on either side create intimacy. Concrete, marble, leather, timber and recycled materials balance restraint with tactile richness, shaping a layered experience grounded in material depth and human connection.
