HPP's architectural vocabulary is determined through a non-dogmatic dialogue with the content of a building task. As a result a diversity of buildings emerges, all combined by a clearly defined approach rather than by the use of a standard set of design elements. The book's communicative target is to show this attitude. Beside the presented projects it also functions as an image of the practice's work approach issuing guiding principles and its duality. The graphic concept visualizes this demand and at the same time reveals the field in which the firm works – a field that strikes a careful balance between emotionality and rationality.
