The M150 is a MEMS Analyzer used for characterizing microstructural mechanical properties. Using a simple point-and-shoot laser optical system, the user can quickly obtain resonant peaks of a microstructure through wide bandwidth frequency scanning and real-time Fourier transform (FFT). Designed from the ground up to be a highly intuitive instrument, the M150 employs tactile interfaces that allow users make measurements with minimal training. By using non-contact optical measurement, the M150 is an essential instrument for MEMS development.
