Service Design - Repair Streaming Service

Hitachi, Ltd.

A video streaming platform service for repair and maintenance work. Designed for viewers unfamiliar with repairs, it automatically adds captions by cross-referencing existing data like repair manuals with footage of repair work, transforming it into an easy-to-understand and enjoyable format for distribution via video streaming services. It aims to connect repair and maintenance businesses with their own branding, enhance repair workers’ engagement, facilitate talent acquisition, and ultimately contribute to realizing a circular society where repair becomes a more commonplace choice than it is today.
