Communications concept

It’s intended to address tradesmen and workshop operators with the communications concept and to inform them of new services and products in the after-sales field. This target group demands tactile, clear and simply structured information. Large volumes of text and presentations using PC monitors are more likely to alienate them. The implementation of the concept involves a complete reduction of the volume of text. Display areas only serve as the means of communication of the main topics and for orientation purposes. Presentations one can touch – with 80 “Playmobil boxes” topics are worked out together with the customer in a comprehensible manner. Each topic in its own box. Implemented in a focused, abstracted, playful way. The “3D powerpoint presentations” achieve excellent acceptance by the trade fair visitor thanks to their tactile nature.
