Design method framework and its elements

OTP Group

OTP Group partnered with the design consultancy Exalt Interactive to develop a Service Design Framework tailored to the bank’s business and cultural needs. Together, they co-created a scalable, design-based framework intended to be utilized by the entire group. It provides a structured approach to developing user-centric banking products and services. Consisting of six printed, online and in-person elements, the Framework already has been effectively adopted in international projects and trainings across 5 countries with 120+ participants, and in the long-term, it aims to make user-centricity an organizational core competency.
