Older people sometimes forget to take their medication or are unsure about their dosages. This packaging solution packs the medication dosage in separate pouches for easier use. The pouches are in the form of post-it notes that can be used as reminders to help older family members manage their medicine. The front side of the pouch is a writable sticky note while the back side contains the drug labeling and a self-adhesive strip. The pouch can be affixed to a surface in a visible location such as a refrigerator door, together with a personal written reminder for the family member to take their medication or instructions about when to take the medicine.
